By submitting a data deletion request, you understand that the request may be permanent and cannot be canceled once processing begins.

2. How to Request Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your Groovl account from inside your account.

To submit a deletion request:
- Sign in to your Groovl account.
- Go to Account.
- Open Profile.
- Scroll down and click Close Account.
- Submit your request.

3. Effect of Account Deletion

Once your account deletion request is submitted and processing begins, your account may be closed and your account data may be deleted or anonymized, subject to applicable legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, AML, and compliance requirements.

You may lose access to your account, Credit balance, SMS Kits, phone number support, SMS receiving, SMS sending, message history, support history, and any other Groovl functionality associated with your account.

4. Credits and SMS Kits

Deleting your account does not create any right to a refund, restoration, transfer, exchange, or recovery of Credits, SMS Kits, expired SMS Kits, deleted SMS Kits, message history, or any other Groovl service.

Any active SMS Kits associated with the deleted account may be terminated and deleted.

Any message history associated with your account or SMS Kits, including received and sent SMS records, may be permanently lost and cannot be restored.

5. Data We May Retain

Groovl may retain certain information where required or permitted by law.

This may include information needed for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, AML review, tax, accounting, dispute resolution, enforcement of our Terms, or protection of Groovl, its users, partners, operators, and third-party systems.

Groovl may update this Data Deletion Policy from time to time.

The updated policy will be published on Groovl.com or made available inside your Groovl account.

Your continued use of Groovl after the updated policy becomes available means that you accept the updated policy.
